ということで、明日からの3連休(10/8-10)限定で、八ヶ岳産の蕎麦粉を使用した
温かいスイーツガレットがメニューに加わります♪
※一日20食程度の限定スイーツです。
時々スタッフの間でおやつにガレットを作ることがあり、色々と試作して
今回のメニューが考案されました！

The temperature has suddenly dropped and now it is already like winter at the top of the mountain.
And especially around this time of the year, enjoying warm desserts definitely relaxes your body when you are exhausted after hiking up to the summit!
This year, we have decided to offer special sweet galettes (limited to 20 servings per day) made with buckwheat flour from Yatsugatake during the 3-day holiday from Oct 8 to 10.
While making galettes for our snack, we have arranged several times and come up with the new recipe for guests. So please stop by and enjoy our original galettes!
There are also certain delicious things hidden in the galette! hehe.
The popular classic Taiwanese sweet “Yu Yuan” is also on the menu, so please enjoy!
